  • We make every effort to display our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, colors, sizes, and details may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and natural characteristics of gemstones.

  • All diamond and gemstone weights are approximate.

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Lords of Luxury reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

  • If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Lords of Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

  • Custom, engraved, resized, or special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

7. Resizing & Repairs

  • Resizing availability is noted on product pages.

  • Any resizing, alteration, or repair performed by a third party voids all warranties and return eligibility.

  • Lords of Luxury is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or third-party services.

8. Warranties & Disclaimer

  • Jewelry is delicate and subject to normal wear.

  • Lords of Luxury does not guarantee against damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • All products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Lords of Luxury and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Program Description

When you opt in to receive text messages from Lords of Luxury, you may receive SMS and MMS messages related to your ring design, saved configurations, appointment scheduling, order updates, and related communications from Lords of Luxury. These messages are sent to help you stay connected with Lords of Luxury regarding your jewelry inquiry.

Consent & Opt-In

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Lords of Luxury ring builder and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Lords of Luxury at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the ring builder tool. You may use the ring builder without opting in to text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Lords of Luxury. Typical messages include appointment confirmations, follow-ups on saved ring designs, and responses to your inquiries. You will not receive more than 3 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Lords of Luxury is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Lords of Luxury. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. If you experience any issues opting out, contact us using the information below.
